Waterbeach Weisse

Our iconic 3.4% sour wheat beer, brewed in the style of the famous Berliner Weisse. That means a light malt bill consisting of 60% pilsner malt and 40% wheat malt, giving that lovely hazy ‘white’ look of the classic weisse. Then fermented with our fresh sour mixed culture of Hornindal Kveik and Lactobacillus Plantarum, producing a lovely acidic dry base sour. Each Waterbeach Weisse is then conditioned on heaps of top-quality fruit puree, to make a refined and highly drinkable sour with a crisp dry finish that leaves you wanting more. Zingy, fresh, perfect aperitivo beer!
