Molto Dry – 5.2% – our award-winning Japanese rice lager fermented with lager yeast and sake kasu (the rice lees from sake fermentation). Crisp and incredibly dry!
Apricot Casa – 6.0% – a Saison aged in a used Sauternes barrel, made with heritage malt, raw barley and aged hops before conditioning on local apricots.
Fenland Sunset – 6.5%, with Fyne Ales, this is a blend of wine and rum barrel-aged Flanders Reds on Scottish raspberries and blackcurrants, and Cambridgeshire plums.
Fruited Sours
Modern fruited sours, beautiful yoghurty acidity, loads of fruit! All these beers are Vegan and Lactose Free.
Sorbetto– our 0.5% fruited sour. Packed with strawberry, cherry and lime, and fermented with our house sour culture, this low-alcohol sour pulls no punches!
Con Crema Crimson – our Con Crema series at 6.0%, is our take on the smoothie sour. This winter version is full of blackcurrants, pomegranates, blood oranges and bananas.
Bomba – brewed with Amundsen, a 7.5% berry layer cake sour with raspberries, strawberries, blackberries, coconut, cinnamon and vanilla.

Our wild side is where we take our time – from saison style beers aged in stainless steel and blended onto fresh seasonal fruits, through to golden and dark ales aged in oak before blending and fruiting, these beers are our pride and joy.
