Our Beers
We brew seasonally, some beers you will find all year-round and others are ever-changing, find our currently available ranges below.
Lagers and Hoppy Beers
Our range of non-sour beers. All these beers are Vegan and Lactose Free.
Molto Dry – 5.2% – a Japanese rice lager fermented with lager yeast and sake kasu (the rice lees from sake fermentation). Crisp and incredibly dry!
Schäfer Pils – a 5.0% North German style lager, lagered for 8 weeks, crisp, bitter and aromatic.
Wild and Aged Beers
Wild-fermented, barrel aged and blended beers. All Lactose Free, mostly Vegan (look out for those containing honey!)
The Brett Abides– 3.5% – a funky oak-aged table beer, hopped with citra, fermented with our wild ‘mother culture’.
Apricot Casa – 6.0% – a Saison aged in a used Sauternes barrel, made with heritage malt, raw barley and aged hops before conditioning on local apricots.
Fenland Sunset – 6.5%, with Fyne Ales, this is a blend of wine and rum barrel-aged Flanders Reds on Scottish raspberries and blackcurrants, and Cambridgeshire plums.
Fruited Sours
Modern fruited sours, beautiful yoghurty acidity, loads of fruit! All these beers are Vegan and Lactose Free.
Sorbetto– our 0.5% fruited sour. Packed with strawberry, cherry and lime, and fermented with our house sour culture, this low-alcohol sour pulls no punches!
Triple Cherry Cobbler– 7.0% – a triple cherry and blackberry cobbler pastry sour with cinnamon and vanilla.
Mini Crema Apple Pie – at 4.0% this mini smoothie sour is sessionable and packed with apple, vanilla and cinnamon.
All The Leaves – 6.0%, a West Coast style hoppy sour with orange, grapefruit, centennial and amarillo.
Con Crema Crimson – our Con Crema series at 6.0%, is our take on the smoothie sour. This winter version is full of blackcurrants, pomegranates, blood oranges and bananas.
Crumble– 5.0% – a crumble pastry sour layered with oats and heaped with rhubarb, orange, ginger, almond and vanilla.
Double Crumble – 7.5% – an extra rich crumble pastry sour layered with oats and made with apple, blueberry, vanilla and maple syrup.
Blueberry & Raspberry Waterbeach Weisse – a 3.4% fruited sour from our classic Berliner Weisse-style range.
Love & Lemons– brewed with The Craft Beer Channel, this is a lemonadey beer made with Sicilian lemons and Scottish raspberries.
Kiwi Crush– 6.0%, brewed with Sureshot, a hazy NZ sour with kiwi, grapefruit and lime juice and double dry-hopped with Motueka.
Bomba – brewed with Amundsen, a 7.5% berry layer cake sour with raspberries, strawberries, blackberries, coconut, cinnamon and vanilla.

We are proud to work with two great artists, Sam Griffiths @donkeydasher for our much-loved can designs and Rachel Wharton @whartonrachel_ for the gorgeous abstracts that adorn our bottles.
Our wild side is where we take our time – from saison style beers aged in stainless steel and blended onto fresh seasonal fruits, through to golden and dark ales aged in oak before blending and fruiting, these beers are our pride and joy.
