We make a range of speciality lagers including Classico, an Italian pilsner dry-hopped with delicate Saphir, and available year-round at The Maypole in Cambridge. Also Molto Dry, our renowned rice lager, made in collaboration with a local sake producer. And watch out for seasonal specials!
Fresh Sours
The beers we are best known for, fresh, zingy lactic fruited sours made with our fresh sour mixed culture and conditioned on real fruit. Seasonally available in a range of styles (low abv, berliner weisse, gose, sour IPA’s, pastry sours). Wild Ales
These beers are a long time in the crafting, fermented with our ‘mother culture’ of wild yeasts, aged and blended in oak barrels and conditioned on local whole fruit. These beers are complex and deliciously rewarding. Our wild side is where we take our time – from saison style beers aged in stainless steel and blended onto fresh seasonal fruits, through to golden and dark ales aged in oak before blending and fruiting, these beers are our pride and joy.
