Waterbeach Weisse
Our iconic 3.8% sour wheat beer, brewed in the style of the famous
Berliner Weisse. That means a light malt bill consisting of 60%
pilsner malt and 40% wheat malt, giving that lovely hazy ‘white’ look
of the classic weisse. Then fermented with our fresh sour mixed
culture of Hornindal Kveik (to produce the alcohol!) and
Lactobacillus Plantarum (to produce the lovely gentle acidity that
Pastore is known for).
Each Waterbeach Weisse is then conditioned on heaps of
top-quality fruit puree, to make a refined and highly drinkable sour
with a crisp dry finish that leaves you wanting more.
