In early 2023 we made our first 0.5% sour beer - Sorbetto. We invited Mash Gang to
collaborate on the beer with us, the finest nolo beer innovators in the last couple of years.
The beer uses very little malt in production but otherwise goes through all our normal
brewing processes and crucially is fermented with our fresh sour mixed culture of Hornindal
Kveik and Lactobacillus Plantarum. It is fermented on fruit puree.
The resulting beer is fruity, spritzy, zingy and dry.
